We deliver across the UAE only for now!

Delivery Fee
AED 25 per order, and it's on us (free!) for orders over AED 500.

Delivery Time
Your order should land within 3-5 business days.

Every now and then, your frame colour might be out of stock, in which case delivery could take a little longer than 5 days. If that happens, we'll reach out to sort you out with another colour, or you're welcome to wait it out for your original pick!

Order Confirmation
Once you order, we'll confirm it's in, and we'll keep you in the loop if anything changes along the way.

Got a question about your delivery? Just message us, we're always happy to help.

Since every piece is made especially for you (custom sized, framed just how you like it), we're not able to accept returns for a change of mind. But if something's gone wrong, we've got you.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your print arrives damaged, or something's not quite right, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We'll sort you out with a replacement or a refund, whichever works best for you.

Wrong Item
If we've sent you the wrong print, size, or frame colour, that's on us; message us and we'll get the correct one to you as quickly as possible, no cost to you.

How to Reach Us
Just DM us or drop us a message with your order details and what's happened, and we'll take it from there.
